Six Game Types That Define the fc22 Catalog

The catalog is organised so you can move from one game type to another without losing your place. Slots form the largest category — titles from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Habanero, CQ9, Bigtime Gaming and Microgaming each carry their own mechanics, reel counts and prize structures.

  • Keris Legend Megaways

A high reel-variation slot where the number of ways to form a winning combination changes with every spin. The Megaways mechanic is supplied by the studio and the reel count is displayed inside the game panel. RTP is shown on the game page where the studio makes it available.

  • Live Kota Kinabalu Baccarat Room

A live dealer baccarat table with real-time card dealing streamed directly into the lobby. Table availability and current minimum stakes are shown on the live casino rail before you enter the room. Mobile and desktop layouts both support this table type without format changes.

  • Crash Comet Round

A crash-format game where a multiplier climbs from the round start and you choose the moment to exit. The round ends when the crash point is reached. Your exit timing determines the outcome. Round history is displayed beside the game for reference during play.

  • Football Mix Parlay

A sportsbook parlay format covering football matches including English Premier League and Liga Super markets. Combine multiple match selections into one stake. The parlay slip shows the combined outcome before confirmation. Available markets and match schedules are listed in the sportsbook tab.

  • Fishing Golden Catch

A fishing-format game where different targets on screen carry different prize values. You aim and shoot; the result depends on the target hit and the weapon selected. Prize values for each target type are shown inside the game. A straightforward format that runs well on mobile screens.

  • Bingo Ringgit Draw

A draw-based bingo format where numbers are called in sequence and matched against your card. Prize tiers depend on the pattern completed. Draw results are shown in real time on screen. A different pace from slots and live tables — useful for varying your session across categories.

LOBBY ON YOUR PHONE

Browse the fc22 Catalog From Any Screen

The lobby resizes cleanly whether you're on a phone or a tablet. Category tabs — slots, live casino, crash games, fishing and sportsbook — sit at the top of the screen so you can switch categories with a single tap. Keris Legend Megaways and Crash Comet Round load without interruption on mid-range Android devices.

  • Category tabs

Slots, live casino, crash, fishing and sportsbook tabs appear at the top of the mobile lobby screen. Switch categories with one tap. The tab you last visited stays highlighted when you return, so finding Fishing Golden Catch again after checking live tables takes no extra steps.

  • Pinned payment row

DuitNow, FPX and Boost stay accessible at the bottom of the mobile screen throughout a session. You do not have to navigate away from the game lobby to reach the payment panel — it slides up over the screen without closing whatever game or table you had open.

  • Account wallet at a glance

Your account balance, recent transactions and any active account status updates are shown on the mobile home panel after login. No desktop visit needed to check what landed in your wallet — the same data that shows on desktop is rendered in a stacked mobile layout for quick reading.

HOW IT WORKS

From Registration to Your First Game in Four Steps

Getting into the lobby is a short process. First, open the account registration page and fill in the fields shown — email address, a password you choose and the mobile number linked to your preferred payment method. Second, verify your email using the confirmation link sent to your inbox; this step activates your account and unlocks the deposit panel.

  1. Register your account

Open the account page, complete the registration fields — email, password and mobile number — and submit. The form checks the fields in real time so you catch any errors before you hit confirm.

  2. Verify your email

A confirmation link arrives in your inbox. Click it to activate your account. Once verified, your deposit panel and the full game catalog become available. Check your spam folder if the email does not appear within a few minutes.

  3. Fund your wallet

Select DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost from the payment panel. Follow the transfer steps shown on screen. Your wallet balance updates once the transaction clears on your bank or e-wallet side — you can track it from the account dashboard.

  4. Choose your game category

Open the catalog and pick slots, live casino, crash, fishing or sportsbook. Filter by studio — PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Habanero and others — or browse the category rail to find the title you want. Tap the card to launch.

ACCOUNT HELP

Support Channels Available From Inside Your Account

If something stalls during registration, a deposit or a withdrawal request, you do not need to leave the platform to find help. The support panel is accessible directly from within the account dashboard after login, and from the lobby header before login if you hit an issue at the sign-in stage.

  • Live Chat

Open the support panel from the account dashboard or the lobby header. Live chat connects you to an agent with visibility of your account context — useful for deposit queries, transaction status checks and game access issues. Have your account email and any relevant transaction reference ready before starting the chat.

  • Email Support

Use the email contact listed in the support section for matters that need a written record — account verification, document submissions or detailed payment queries. Include your registered email address and a clear description of the issue. Response handling depends on the nature of the query and the volume in the queue.

  • Account Dashboard Help

Many common questions — wallet balance, transaction history, payment method management and account details — are answered directly from the dashboard after login. Check the relevant section of the dashboard first; if the answer is not there, the support panel link is on the same page.

ACCOUNT REWARDS

Check Your Account Dashboard for Current Offers

Any offers active on your account are displayed inside the dashboard after login — that is where the current state of your account rewards is shown. We do not publish offer terms on the public home page because the options shown in your account depend on your account activity and registration status.

  • Dashboard Offer Panel

After login, the dashboard shows any offers currently active or available for your account. The panel reflects your account's current status — registration stage, deposit history and activity level. It is the single authoritative source for what applies to your account at any given time.

  • First-Account Status

Newly registered accounts with a completed email verification and first deposit will see any applicable first-account reward terms listed in the dashboard offer panel. The terms shown there are the ones your account is subject to. Read them in the dashboard rather than relying on external summaries.

  • Support Clarification

If the terms of an offer shown in your dashboard are unclear, open the support chat from the dashboard page. The agent can read your account context and explain how the specific offer applies to you. Email support is available for the same purpose if you need a written explanation.

CATEGORY FOCUS

Live Tables Versus Slots — Choosing Your Session Format

The choice between live casino tables and slots is mostly about the pace you want from a session. Live Kota Kinabalu Baccarat Room runs at a dealer's pace — rounds are dealt in real time and the result depends on the cards on the table, not a random number generator alone.

  • Live Kota Kinabalu Baccarat Room

Dealer-paced live baccarat with a real-time card stream. Suit a stable Wi-Fi or strong mobile connection for smooth video. Table minimum stakes and seat availability are shown before you enter the room. The road map and shoe history are displayed on the table panel during play.

  • Keris Legend Megaways

A Megaways slot where the grid reshapes every spin. Rounds resolve in seconds and the session pace is fully in your hands — you spin when you want. Works well on mobile connections. The maximum ways count and feature trigger conditions are shown in the game's paytable panel.

  • Crash Comet Round

A crash game with an active exit decision each round. The multiplier climbs from round start; you press exit when you choose. The round ends at the crash point. Your decision window is short, so the format sits closer to fast-session slots in pace than to live dealer tables.

ACCOUNT STANDARDS

How We Keep the Lobby Honest and Your Account Secure

Account security and fair catalog management are not afterthoughts — they are built into the platform structure. Game content comes only from the six verified studios listed in the catalog: PG Soft, Microgaming, Bigtime Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Habanero and CQ9. No unverified third-party titles enter the lobby.

  • Verified Studio Content Only

Every game in the lobby comes from one of the six studios confirmed for this catalog: PG Soft, Microgaming, Bigtime Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Habanero and CQ9. No titles from outside this verified set appear in the lobby. Studio labels are shown on each game card so you can identify the source before launching.

  • Local Payment Rails

Deposits and withdrawals run through DuitNow, FPX, Boost and Touch 'n Go eWallet — payment methods already familiar to Malaysia account holders. No third-party or unverified payment channels are used. Every transaction is logged in your account dashboard and traceable by reference number.

  • Honest RTP Display

RTP figures appear on individual game pages only where the studio publicly discloses them. We do not invent, estimate or inflate RTP numbers for any title. If a game page does not show an RTP figure, the studio has not made it available — and we say that clearly rather than substituting a made-up number.

  • Account Security Controls

Email verification is required at registration to activate your account. Password management and mobile number updates are handled through the account settings panel. For changes requiring identity verification, the support channel guides you through the document steps shown in your account. Your login credentials are yours to manage.

A Quick Reference for Game Mechanics You'll See in the Lobby

New to some of the game formats in the catalog? These are the mechanics you will encounter most often across slots, live casino and crash games on the fc22 lobby. Understanding them before you open a game makes the paytable easier to read and the session less confusing.

Glossary

  • What does Megaways mean on a slot title like Keris Legend Megaways?

Megaways is a reel mechanic created by Bigtime Gaming where the number of symbols on each reel changes with every spin. Because the symbol count changes, the number of active winning combinations — called ways — also changes on every spin.

  • What is a bonus round in a slot game?

A bonus round is a feature built into a slot game where the normal reel spinning pauses and a different mechanic activates — often triggered by landing a specific symbol combination on the reels.

  • How does a crash game like Crash Comet Round work?

In a crash game, a multiplier begins climbing from the round start. You decide when to exit the round and lock in the multiplier at that point. If you do not exit before the crash point is reached, the round ends and the multiplier resets.

  • What is RTP and where do I find it for a specific game?

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is a percentage figure published by the game studio that describes the theoretical proportion of all stakes returned as prizes over a very large number of rounds. It is a long-run statistical measure, not a round-by-round promise.

  • What is a parlay in Football Mix Parlay?

A parlay combines multiple match selections into a single bet. In Football Mix Parlay, you add several match outcomes to a parlay slip; all selections must be correct for the combined stake to pay out. The slip shows the combined outcome before you confirm.

  • What does prize symbol mean in a fishing game like Fishing Golden Catch?

In a fishing game, different targets on the screen carry different prize values — these are often called prize symbols. You aim and shoot at a target; if it is hit and captured, you receive the prize value assigned to that target type.

  • What is a live dealer table and how is it different from a standard casino game?

A live dealer table streams a real human dealer dealing real cards or operating a roulette wheel in real time via video. Live Kota Kinabalu Baccarat Room is one example in this catalog.
